Regulation for Apartments at Corso Sant’Anastasia

  1. Cleaning and Linen Change Services
    • Upon request, an extra linen change is available for €30.00.
    • An additional cleaning will incur a fee of €50.00.
    • A combined cleaning and linen change service is available for €65.00.
  2. Number of Guests
    • The number of guests must strictly match the registered count upon arrival. Hosting more individuals than booked is prohibited, as the bed capacity is reported to the appropriate authorities.
  3. Behavior and Respect
    • Loud noises, high-volume music, parties, or gatherings that may disturb other guests and neighbors are strictly prohibited.
    • Management reserves the right to enter apartments in case of excessive noise to ensure everything is in order.
  4. Order and Cleanliness
    • Rearranging furniture is prohibited.
    • Guests are requested to leave the apartment in the same orderly condition as found upon arrival.
    • Do not dispose of items that could block toilets, bidets, and sinks, such as diapers, sanitary pads, and kitchen paper.
    • Guests must not leave waste in common areas.
    • Please leave the kitchen clean and orderly as found upon arrival.
    • Notify the host immediately in case of any damages.
  5. Prohibitions
    • Smoking is prohibited inside apartments and common areas.
    • Pets are not allowed.
  6. Check-in and Check-out Times
    • Check-in: 15:00 – 01:00. Late arrivals must be communicated at the time of booking. In case of unavoidable delays, it is essential to inform the host.
    • Check-out: The apartment must be vacated by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed. Unauthorized extensions will be treated as an extended stay and charged accordingly.
    • Penalty for late departure: After 11:00, a fee of €15.00 per hour will be charged, up to a maximum of one full night if exceeding 14:00, unless prior arrangement with the host.
  7. Respect for Quiet Hours
    • Between 14:00-16:00 and 23:30-08:00, guests are advised to refrain from any noise that may disturb others’ rest, including loud conversations. Use of radios and televisions is permitted in moderation and within quiet hour guidelines.
  8. Check-in Early Check-in
    • Early check-in is possible subject to availability. Access before 14:00 will incur a charge of €10.00 per person.
  9. Cancellation Policy
    • A full refund is provided for cancellations made up to one week before the scheduled arrival date. After this period, the total amount will be charged.
  10. Expulsion and Removal
    • Management reserves the right, as per Italian laws, to expel without notice anyone who fails to comply with regulations or behaves in a manner causing damage or disturbance.
